Processing, Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
We provide free tracked shipping on all orders. Standard delivery takes approximately 7–10 business days from the date your order is shipped.

Order processing time
Once your order is placed, it enters the Processing stage, which takes about 24–48 hours before shipment begins. After processing, your order will be handed over to our shipping partner.

Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number to the email address you used at checkout. Please ensure you check the same email you used when placing your order, as that’s where all updates will be sent.

Delayed delivery
If your package hasn’t arrived within 15 business days from the shipping date, please contact us so we can investigate.

• If the order is confirmed lost, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement.

• If the order is simply delayed, you’ll receive a 10% cashback once your package is successfully delivered, as a token of our appreciation for your patience.
