Return & Refund Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at La Fenora. That’s why we offer free 14-day returns. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Free Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused

  • With all original tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive your desired item is to return the original and place a new order once your return is approved.


European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must meet the same return conditions listed above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved: A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank processing times: Please allow extra time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
